What we collect from listings
Facts about properties: rent, size, bedrooms, floor, building, location, the date posted and whether it is still available. Lister names and LINE IDs appear only as they already appear on the source site, with attribution and a link back.
Phone numbers are never stored. To recognise that two listings come from the same agent we keep a one-way code derived from the number; the number itself cannot be recovered from it.
Why we’re allowed to (legitimate interest, PDPA §24(5))
We process this data under the legitimate-interest basis in Section 24(5) of the Personal Data Protection Act: the information was published openly to attract tenants, and indexing it with attribution serves that same purpose without creating new risk for the people who posted it. We limit what we keep to what a renter needs to decide whether to click through.
Your rights
If a listing is yours, you can ask us to remove it, correct it, or stop processing it. No account is needed.

What we collect from visitors
- Browsing needs no account: searching, opening a listing and following a link out never ask you to sign in.
- Anonymous request logs (path, timing, status), kept for 30 days for debugging.
- A hash of your IP address, used only to rate-limit the import and report forms.
- Two cookies at most: your language choice, and a session cookie once you sign in. No analytics or advertising cookies.
If you choose to make an account
- An account stores your email address and the date you joined. Nothing else about you.
- What you make with it: saved alerts, and any listing you import — recorded against your address so it can be reviewed.
- Sign-in methods you add yourself: a passkey, or a step-up verification seed. Either can be removed without deleting the account.
- Delete the account whenever you like, from your account page. We email you a link to confirm it, and nothing is deleted until you open it.
- Deleting it removes your email address, your alerts and your sign-in methods. Listings you imported stay on the site, no longer linked to you.
